Responsibilities:

​

🚀 Take (partial) ownership of project workstreams and resource management within complex consulting environments for leading companies.
💡 Develop innovative solutions and address key business challenges in close collaboration with clients – with full accountability for your deliverables.
🤝 Coordinate stakeholders by supporting the integration of diverse internal and external parties, and empower clients to overcome project-related challenges.
📈 Support sales activities by contributing to proposal development and participating in client acquisition meetings.

Qualifications:

​

🎓 Academic background in business, IT, digital transformation, or a related field – ideally with a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
🧠 Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and develop structured, practical solutions.
💬 Excellent communication skills in English (and ideally German), both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
🤖 Affinity for digital topics – from business process optimization to IT architecture and emerging technologies.
🧩 Experience in consulting or project-based work is a plus – especially in dynamic, client-facing environments.
🤝 Team player mindset, combined with a high level of initiative, responsibility, and a hands-on mentality.
